Proud to share a major milestone from my time at Université Centrale! During my time as a member of the Aerotech Club, I had the incredible opportunity to lead the engineering and design of a custom, scratch-built multi-engine aircraft. The project culminated in our team competing against 15 different universities and winning 1st Place in a national aviation competition organized by the Tunisian Civil Aviation Authority!

Engineering a unique 8-motor layout (1 main nose engine, 4 wing-mounted (2 on every wing), and 3 in the tail) pushed our technical limits, requiring us to solve complex aerodynamic, power distribution, and avionics challenges:

• From-Scratch Engineering: Coded all from scratch and engineered the blueprint of the body and everything else. Designed and balanced a highly unique 8-motor propulsion configuration, ensuring stable Center of Gravity (CG) metrics despite a heavy tail load.
• Power Optimization: Engineered a custom power distribution system to safely manage the simultaneous draw of 8 ESCs, successfully achieving an impressive 15 minutes of continuous flight time per charge.
• Avionics & Control: Integrated a Radiomaster transmitter setup, programming custom channel mixing and precise throttle curves to seamlessly coordinate the multi-engine layout.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinated closely with brilliant club members to fabricate, reinforce, and assemble the lightweight airframe to withstand high structural torque.

Winning 1st place alongside such talented competing universities was an unforgettable validation of our hard work, teamwork, and late-night engineering sessions.

Back during my time at Université Centrale (École Centrale d'Informatique), I participated in the campus hackathon focused on a frontier that is shaping the future of software development: "Coding with Generative AI." Out of all the competing student teams and bright minds who stepped up to the challenge, my team engineered a solution that secured 1st Place!

This challenge was an incredible opportunity to:

• Innovate Under Pressure: Brainstorm, prototype, and build an AI-driven solution within a highly demanding, time-constrained environment.
• Leverage Frontier Tech: Integrate generative models directly into our development workflows to build smarter, adaptive applications.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely alongside brilliant peers to bridge the gap between complex software architecture and smooth implementation.

Taking home the top spot was an amazing validation of our problem-solving approach and a true testament to the power of late-night coding, rapid prototyping, and teamwork.

A huge thanks to the organizers at Université Centrale and Honoris United Universities for hosting an incredible event that continues to inspire my work in software architecture and AI today.

Before landing our first major corporate client, my team at WeULT was already operational — but we hadn't yet earned the kind of trust and credibility needed to attract high-value enterprise contracts. That all changed with one specific project.

During an internship, my team and I built CoreDash-CI — a continuous integration and infrastructure monitoring dashboard engineered to streamline complex development workflows.

We didn't just build a student project; we engineered a production-ready solution.

When we presented the architecture, capabilities, and efficiency gains of CoreDash-CI to 3S (Standard Sharing Software), the impact was immediate. Instead of just signing off on an internship, they saw the enterprise value of what we had created.

3S became our very first high-value corporate client.

That breakthrough was the ultimate validation. It proved that Weult could deliver enterprise-grade software architecture capable of meeting strict corporate standards. Winning the trust of a major player like 3S acted as a powerful market catalyst, giving us the reputation and credibility needed to scale and later secure elite tier-one clients like Sopra Steria.

Looking back, CoreDash-CI taught me a profound lesson: when you build software with an obsession for quality, scalability, and genuine business value, the market takes notice.

In 2023, I officially founded WeULT, a software development company built to architect high-performance digital ecosystems and scalable platforms. But the real story of WeULT didn't start with a company registration — it started three years earlier with a single laptop and a drive to build.

Here is how a solo freelancing grind evolved into a complete engineering team:

• 2020 — The Solo Blueprint: I started out as a lone freelancer. In the beginning, it was all about sharpening technical skills, managing clients, scoping architectures, and learning how to ship production-ready code entirely on my own.
• 2021–2022 — Accelerating Momentum: As the complexity of the projects grew, so did the stakes. Landmark projects and early enterprise collaborations proved that the work could handle strict corporate standards. The client list grew rapidly, and the workload became too massive for just one developer.
• 2023 — Assembling the Team & Launching WeULT: To scale, you have to transition from a solo builder to a leader. In 2023, everything aligned. I brought together a handpicked team of brilliant engineers and designers, and we officially launched WeULT. We united under a single philosophy: building software with an obsession for clean architecture, seamless user experiences, and genuine business value.

Looking back at 2020, it's incredible to see how a solo freelancing routine scaled into an agency capable of tackling complex, multi-tenant enterprise platforms in just a few short years.

To anyone currently grinding it out as a solo freelancer: focus heavily on quality, deliver undeniable value, and treat every client relationship like a long-term partnership. The foundation you are laying today is exactly what will allow you to scale tomorrow.

I’m incredibly proud to share another major milestone from my engineering journey: serving as part of the core backend engineering team for Talabati, the Rank 1 delivery application in Mauritania!

When you are powering the leading delivery platform in a region, the backend demands absolute reliability, speed, and real-time precision. Every second matters when coordinating thousands of active orders, customers, drivers, and restaurants simultaneously.

Key technical focus areas during my time on the backend team included:

• Robust Architecture: Leveraging Laravel to build scalable, secure, and highly efficient RESTful APIs to handle high-concurrency traffic and peak order hours smoothly.
• Performance Optimization: Designing efficient database queries, caching strategies, and background job queues to ensure lightning-fast response times for order processing and tracking.
• Real-Time Logistics: Contributing to the core logic that connects users, merchants, and delivery fleets seamlessly, maintaining system stability under heavy operational load.

Being part of a team that built and maintained a market-dominant platform was an incredible masterclass in high-scale software engineering. It reinforced a core lesson that I carry into every project at WeULT: your architecture is only as good as its ability to scale under real-world pressure.

After cementing WeULT's position as a premier digital products studio in Tunisia, our ultimate goal was to prove our engineering depth on the global stage. This meant transitioning from local contracts to designing high-performance ecosystems for serious international markets.

This vision materialized through a series of key milestones:

• Yarin Supply (USA): Securing our first US-based enterprise client was a major turning point. We were hired to architect a ticket-centric B2B order-to-cash ERP platform. By designing a high-efficiency decoupled architecture, we successfully automated complex order dispatches, invoicing flows, and ledger records, transforming their operational speed.
• European Compliance Standards: We expanded our reach by collaborating with European-oriented clients. By designing secure, compliant systems in partnership with major teams like the Tunisian branch of Sopra Steria, we refined our capabilities in building enterprise platforms that satisfy strict European compliance, data governance, and rigorous security audits.
• The Russian Expansion: My recent relocation to Saint Petersburg, Russia, marks the next high-growth chapter for WeULT. By successfully bridging regional boundaries, we have begun securing partnerships with Russian tech clients, expanding our cross-border software engineering capabilities.

Whether in Tunis, Saint Petersburg, or the United States, our approach remains identical: applying absolute software-engineering speed, clean architecture, and first-principles design to create massive business value for our clients globally.
